Volunteers are the backbone of most non-profit organization and are, in
some cases, necessary for daily operation. However, managing and
scheduling volunteers consume a lot of valueable resources of staff and
employees. Zaytona's volunteer scheduler is an online system
allowing volunteers to register and sign up for volunteer opportunities
without the involvement of staff.
Zaytona's Volunteer Scheduler allows volunteer coordinators to:
1. Enter volunteer opportunities once with options for daily, weekly,
monthly or yearly recurrence.
2. Assign roles to users which can then be used to limit volunteer
opportunities to users with certain roles.
3. Assign volunteer opportunities to different projects, events or
departments allowing volunteers to focus on preferred projects.
4. Create reports with a list of volunteers for each project for a
specific day along with contact information and preferences.
5. Canceling a specific volunteer opportunity with an automatic
notification to volunteers.
6. Sending automatic email reminder to volunteers a day before the
opportunity.
